Your car will take a beating at the track- I would definitely recommend a 3M clear bra to protect the front fascia, if you want it to stay in show condition. Some people find the track is not for them, and then coilovers would be huge overkill for the street. I am contemplating upgrading to coilovers, and 50% of the miles put on my '90 are track miles. So try your car first without coilovers and R-comps. Then upgrade as you acquire seat time. That way you will have the experience needed to assess what changes to your suspension need to be made, and what to expect with said changes...
